MARISA’S PASTA SALAD WITH A TINA TWIST

INGREDIENTS

16 oz small pasta shell or macaroni
1/4 c sweet pickle juice
2 c Miracle Whip (don’t use mayo)
1 pepper (green, yellow or red) diced
1 small sweet onion (diced)
1 c shredded cheddar
salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook pasta al dente. Rinse and drain with cool water. 

Mix in remaining ingredients except cheese and place in refrigerator. 

It is best to make this the day before or the morning of.  Add the cheese and you may need to add a little more miracle whip before serving because the pasta will soak it up.
