Not your average baked beans. This one has three types of beans that really make it savory.

ounces pork and beans

ounces kidney beans (drained)

ounces butter beans (drained)

onion (medium, chopped)

lb bacon

3/4

cup ketchup

1

tablespoon prepared yellow mustard

tablespoon brown sugar

teaspoons cider vinegar

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Sauté bacon and onion until onion is tender and bacon cooked (not crisp); drain fat.

Combine with remaining ingredients.

Place in casserole dish (spray dish with Pam first to ease cleanup).

Bake uncovered 1 1/2 hours.
