KATHY’S BAKED BEANS
Comments OffNot your average baked beans. This one has three types of beans that really make it savory.

INGREDIENTS

ounces pork and beans |

ounces kidney beans (drained) |

ounces butter beans (drained) |

onion (medium, chopped) |

1/4 |
lb bacon |
|
3/4 |
cup ketchup |
|
1 |
tablespoon prepared yellow mustard |
|
1 |
tablespoon brown sugar |
|
2 |
teaspoons cider vinegar |
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Sauté bacon and onion until onion is tender and bacon cooked (not crisp); drain fat.
Combine with remaining ingredients.
Place in casserole dish (spray dish with Pam first to ease cleanup).
Bake uncovered 1 1/2 hours.
