This is a great spread for any kind of cracker.  It is rather garlicky, so cut down the amount used if desired.

 

INGREDIENTS

16 oz. cream cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 bunch of green onion, chopped

5 oz Carl budding beef, chopped

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat cream cheese with mixer until smooth. Add garlic, onion and beef blending until ingredients are mixed.  Chill until party time.
