Tina Osborne was originally from Tennessee but moved to Northeast Ohio in 1999.  She is currently the business manager for Dr. Dan’s Ark, a mobile veterinary business started by her husband in 2009.  She continues to manage a household and has a flare for cooking, talking and making friends.  Her husband Dan and children Dominic and Gabriella adore her and her cooking. You may have seen her Bruschetta Burger featured on Good Morning America. She was a top three finalist in Emeril’s Best Burger Ever Challenge. Although she didn’t win the contest, she got to be on national TV and Emeril, himself, said he liked her burger! The great thing about Tina is that she doesn’t stick with her traditional southern cooking roots, but takes risks and branches out into many types of cooking.
